1. Return Eligibility

- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, tags, and certificates (if any) must be available
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customized jewellery
- Personalized jewellery
- Made-to-order products
- Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers

- Order ID
- Product photos/videos
- Reason for return
- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Marwar Jewellers reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banks or payment providers.
In certain cases, refunds may be provided as:
- Store credit
- Exchange
- Replacement product
depending on product type and issue.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to:
- Product availability
- Verification and inspection
- Applicable price differences
Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- Incorrect jewellery
please contact us immediately with unboxing photos/videos for quick resolution.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Before Dispatch
Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.
After Dispatch
Orders cancelled after shipment may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Customized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
8. Refund Delays
If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

Bank processing times may vary.
9. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
